Position Overview

You will support daily apartment maintenance operations by completing work orders, assisting with preventative maintenance, and helping keep the community safe and well‑maintained. This role is best suited for someone dependable, hands‑on, and flexible—including participation in an on‑call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders
• Assist with unit turns and preventative maintenance
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
• Respond to on‑call maintenance needs as scheduled
• Maintain safety standards and property appearance

Qualifications

• Prior apartment or building maintenance experience required
• Comfortable participating in an on‑call rotation
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Pay Rate: $22/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Type: Contract‑to‑Hire (may convert to full‑time for the right candidate)
