Position Overview

You will serve as a key member of the onsite leasing team, handling prospect engagement, tours, applications, and daily leasing responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. This role is best suited for someone comfortable working independently, following structured schedules, and representing a community at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional apartment tours and engage prospective residents
• Manage leasing applications and documentation accurately
• Follow up with prospects to support leasing performance
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and professional office standards

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of multifamily leasing experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working a Tuesday–Saturday schedule

• Pay Rate: $20/hour
• Schedule:
  • Tuesday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Type: Contract
• Assignment Dates: March 30 – May 28, 2026
