Position Overview

You’ll assist with daily leasing operations by welcoming prospects, supporting tours, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable stepping in to support a community during peak summer months.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment tours and engage prospective residents
• Support leasing applications and documentation
• Provide professional, friendly customer service to prospects and residents
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and office standards
• Support leasing office operations during scheduled hours

Qualifications

• Prior leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working a set part-time schedule including Saturdays

• Pay Rate: $18/hour
• Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Type: Part-Time, Temporary Contract
• Assignment Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
