Position Overview

You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents, supporting leasing activity and providing excellent customer service throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents
• Support leasing applications and documentation
• Provide professional customer service to residents and visitors
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and office standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required (must-have)
• Prior leasing or property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
