Part-Time Leasing Consultant (Contract)

Looking to put your leasing experience to work on a short-term, high-impact assignment? This part-time Leasing Consultant contract is perfect for an experienced multifamily professional who can step in confidently, engage prospects, and keep the leasing office running smoothly on key days.

Position Overview

You will support a busy apartment community by handling leasing and resident interactions on Tuesday and Thursday only. This role is ideal for someone polished, reliable, and comfortable working independently during standard office hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and professionally engage prospective residents
• Process applications, leases, and required documentation accurately
• Follow up with prospects and support leasing conversions
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and office professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous multifamily leasing experience (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with property management software preferred
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines

Job Details

• Location: North Charleston, SC
• Pay: ~$18/hour
• Schedule: Tuesday 4/7 & Thursday 4/9 only, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Hours: Approx. 18 hours per week
• Type: Part-Time, Contract
• Start Date: April 7
