Position Overview

You will support the daily upkeep of the community by maintaining the grounds and common areas. This role is ideal for someone reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with physical, outdoor work.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with routine porter and light grounds duties
• Help ensure the community remains clean and presentable

Qualifications

• Prior porter or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical and outdoor work
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Pay: $19/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start Date: IMMEDIATE
