Porter / Groundskeeper

Charleston, SC 29418 | Contract | $20/hr | Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• To maintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas, and amenities
• To remove trash and debris from property and dumpster areas
• To assist with light cleaning and basic upkeep tasks
• To report maintenance or safety concerns to onsite staff
• To support special projects and property needs as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Previous porter, grounds, or general labor experience
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Reliable transportation
