Job Description

• To provide exceptional customer service and support resident retention
• To manage front desk operations and assist residents with daily requests
• To program key fobs and troubleshoot basic technology needs
• To manage the postal locker system
• To conduct leasing tours, sales, and closing to increase occupancy

Required Qualifications

• Apartment industry/multifamily leasing experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Technology‑savvy and comfortable with electronic systems
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Ability to multitask in a luxury, high‑traffic environment

Schedule & Pay

• Tuesday–Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• $22–$23/hr
• Contract role
