LIHTC Assistant Property Manager – Tax Credit Experience

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay: $25–$26/hr | Contract Role

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations and resident relations
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Tax Credit regulations
• Process applications, certifications, and renewals accurately
• Support leasing and occupancy goals
• Maintain accurate records and reporting

Qualifications

• Previous experience with LIHTC and Tax Credit compliance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with property management software
