Need work fast? We’re urgently hiring a Make Ready Tech to help get apartments move‑in ready. If you’re quick on turns, detail‑oriented, and can jump in immediately, this is a great short-term opportunity.

What You’ll Do (Key Duties)

• Prepare apartments for move‑in (make‑readies / turns)
• Paint, touch up, and complete basic drywall/patch work
• Assist with minor repairs (doors, hardware, fixtures, caulking, etc.)
• Support cleaning and final “ready for showing” condition
• Help ensure a quality move‑in experience for residents

What We’re Looking For

• Prior make‑ready / apartment turns experience preferred
• Painting skills strongly preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full schedule
• Comfortable with hands‑on, physical work

Job Details

• Location: Lakeland, FL 33812
• Pay: $21/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1‑hour lunch)
• Start: IMMEDIATE
