Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician – CPO Certified

Location: Woodbury, MN 55129

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Pay: $26–$28/hr DOE

Job Responsibilities

• To perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• To troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• To maintain pool operations and ensure compliance with safety standards
• To complete work orders and unit turns efficiently
• To uphold professional, polite, resident‑focused service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• CPO Certification required
• Own basic tools required
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Ability to work professionally with residents and staff
