Job Description

You will complete skilled maintenance repairs, handle HVAC tasks, perform service requests, support unit turns, and maintain safe, functional buildings. EPA Type II or Universal certification required.

Key Responsibilities

• To troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certified)
• To complete service requests and general maintenance tasks
• To support make‑ready turns and unit preparation
• To repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
• To maintain safe, clean grounds and common areas

Required Skills

• Certified EPA Type II or Universal (required)
• Strong apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and safety‑focused

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multifamily communities
• Basic knowledge of building systems and preventative maintenance
