Apartment Maintenance Tech / Assistant Maintenance (Certified)

Location: Farragut, TN 37934

Schedule: M–F | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $24–$25/hr DOE

Join a strong maintenance team where you’ll support daily operations, complete repairs, and help turn units to keep the community running smoothly.

Job Description

• To complete work orders and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances)
• To assist with make‑ready turns
• To maintain grounds and common areas
• To ensure safety and compliance standards
• To support the Maintenance Supervisor as needed

Required Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification
• Own tools required
• Apartment maintenance experience
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks
