Property Manager

Schedule: M–F | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $24–$25/hr

Job Description

  • To lead daily property operations
  • To manage rent collection and reporting
  • To ensure LIHTC file accuracy and compliance
  • To oversee certifications and recertifications
  • To support resident relations and retention

Required Qualifications

  • LIHTC/tax credit experience
  • Experience processing tax‑credit apps/certifications
  • Property management experience
  • Fair Housing knowledge
  • Conflict‑resolution skills

Assistant Property Manager

Schedule: M–F | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $21–$22/hr

Job Description

  • To assist with rent collection and delinquency
  • To support LIHTC compliance and certifications
  • To help with resident relations and conflict resolution
  • To assist with renewals and retention
  • To support leasing and admin tasks

Required Qualifications

  • LIHTC/tax credit experience
  • Experience with tax‑credit apps/certifications
  • Property management experience
  • Fair Housing knowledge
  • Customer service and organizational skills
  • Lease-up experience preferred



Leasing Consultant

Schedule: M–F | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM*

*Hours may extend: Sat 10–4, Sun 1–5 based on leasing velocity

Pay: $20–$21/hr

Job Description

  • To greet prospects and provide tours
  • To process LIHTC applications and certifications
  • To support leasing, renewals, and retention
  • To maintain accurate resident files
  • To provide strong customer service

Required Qualifications

  • LIHTC/tax credit experience
  • Experience with tax‑credit apps/certifications
  • Leasing or PM experience
  • Fair Housing knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
