Administrator (Assisted/Affordable Housing)

Location: Bronx, New York

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Dress Code: Business Casual

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support daily operations at an assisted/affordable housing community in the Bronx. This role requires strong administrative skills, familiarity with housing systems, and the ability to work directly with residents in a professional and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to site management
• Maintain resident records and documentation
• Utilize the Yardi system for data entry, reporting, and record management
• Communicate professionally with residents, staff, and outside agencies
• Assist with compliance and general office operations

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the Yardi system
• Previous experience in assisted and/or affordable housing
• Comfortable working directly with residents
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented

Strongly Preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
