Apartment Leasing Consultant

Location: Arbor Lakes, IL

Pay: $21.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our multifamily community in Arbor Lakes, IL. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment and enjoys helping residents find their next home.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (required if hired)
• One-hour unpaid lunch

Key Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to prospective residents and meet occupancy goals
• Conduct property tours and follow up with leads
• Prepare and process lease agreements and renewals
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
• Maintain accurate records in property management systems
• Support day-to-day leasing office operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing experience in a multifamily community (required)
• Yardi experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and customer-oriented
