Experienced Leasing Consultant - Bilingual English/Spanish

Job Description

Leasing role at an apartment community handling tours, applications, leasing paperwork, resident relations, and property management software tasks. Requires previous leasing or property management experience. Contract‑to‑hire, M–F schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• To greet prospects, give tours, and explain community features
• To process applications, verify information, and prepare leasing documents
• To manage leads and update records in property management software
• To handle resident inquiries and support customer service needs
• To assist with renewals, marketing, and daily office operations

Required Skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Apartment leasing or property management experience
• Ability to use leasing/property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, etc.)
• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills
• Attention to detail in paperwork and documentation
• Reliability Monday–Friday, 9–5:30
• Knowledge of Fair Housing
• Experience with CRM systems or lead management
• Background in multifamily or customer‑facing roles

You will be employed by BGSF, a staffing agency, and placed on assignment at an apartment community in Kansas City. This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with strong potential for permanent placement.
