Job Description

You will lead maintenance operations, perform skilled repairs, and ensure the property is operating efficiently while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations and assign tasks
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper use of tools and equipment
• Inspect property and coordinate repairs
• Mentor and support maintenance team members

Required Skills & Experience

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification
• Strong HVAC/EPA diagnostic and repair skills
• Proven maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Own hand tools and ability to use power tools safely
• Property management or multifamily industry experience
• Experience with work orders, maintenance software, and unit turns
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues
