Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish Speaking) – Lewisville, TX 75067

Use your leasing skills and Spanish fluency to make an impact in a fast‑paced community. You’ll help prospects find their new home while supporting a strong leasing team in a contract-to-hire role.

Job Description

• Serve as main contact for prospects and residents
• Provide tours, complete applications, and handle leasing tasks
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English
• Use property management software to update records
• Work M–F 8:30–5:30 plus required weekends

Pay: $17/hr

Industry experience required

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Fluent Spanish & English
• Multifamily leasing experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends
• Property management software experience preferred
