Job Description

• To complete full make‑ready turns, including repairs, cleaning, and unit prep
• To support groundskeeping tasks and maintain curb appeal
• To perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• To ensure all units meet move‑in‑ready standards
• To work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
• Contract role with assignment lengths that may vary

Required Skills

• Own set of maintenance tools
• Apartment make‑ready or maintenance experience
• Ability to complete:
  • Painting and drywall patching
  • Fixture and hardware replacements
  • Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Appliance troubleshooting
• Strong accountability and reliability
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multifamily housing
• Familiarity with work‑order systems or maintenance apps
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
