Make Ready Technician

Huntersville, NC 28078 | Contract | $18/hr | M–F 8:30am–5:30pm

Job Description

• To complete unit turns and prepare apartments for move‑in
• To perform minor repairs including painting, patching, and basic carpentry
• To assist with cleaning, appliance checks, and fixture replacements
• To maintain property appearance and support the maintenance team
• To ensure units meet quality and readiness standards

Required Skills

• Experience as a Make Ready or Maintenance Tech
• Strong skillsets in:
  • Painting & touch‑ups
  • Basic plumbing & electrical
  • Carpentry/repairs
  • Appliance troubleshooting
  • Cleaning and unit detailing
• Must have own tools
• Strong reliability and ability to self‑manage tasks

Preferred Skills

• Multifamily or property management experience
• Ability to assist with work orders when needed
