Job Description

• To complete work orders: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
• To assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• To maintain grounds, lighting, and common areas
• To communicate with residents and staff in English & Spanish
• To troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

Required Skills

• Bilingual: English & Spanish
• Apartment or residential maintenance experience
• Ability to use own tools
• Ability to diagnose and repair:
  • Basic electrical problems
  • Plumbing leaks/clogs
  • Appliance issues (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators)
  • Carpentry and drywall repairs
• Ability to complete unit turns efficiently
• Strong reliability and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of safety procedures and basic troubleshooting

Preferred Skills

• HVAC experience or certification
• Experience with make-ready processes in multifamily housing
• Familiarity with work-order software or maintenance apps
• Ability to handle minor painting, locks, and preventative maintenance tasks
