Job Description

• To complete work orders for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• To perform unit turns and prepare apartments for new move‑ins
• To troubleshoot HVAC issues (cert a plus, not required unless specified)
• To maintain common areas, grounds, and lighting
• To ensure timely, high‑quality maintenance Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM

Location

Required Skills

• Own set of basic maintenance tools
• Experience with apartment or residential maintenance
• Ability to diagnose and repair common electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Reliability and strong time‑management
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures

Preferred Skills

• HVAC certification
• Experience with apartment make‑ready processes
• Knowledge of multifamily operations
