Job Description

• To travel between assigned properties (reliable transportation required)
• To complete work orders: electrical, plumbing, appliance, & carpentry repairs
• To assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• To participate in on‑call rotation as required
• To maintain grounds, lighting, and common area upkeep

Required Skills

• Reliable transportation (floating between properties)
• Experience in apartment or residential maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot common electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Willingness to take on on‑call responsibilities
• Strong reliability and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

• HVAC certification
• Experience with unit turns and multifamily operations
• Familiarity with property maintenance software
