Porter / Groundskeeper – Freedom, CA | $21/hr | M–F 8–4 PM | Contract | Immediate Start

Job Description

• To maintain cleanliness of grounds, walkways, and common areas
• To remove trash and debris throughout the property
• To assist with light exterior upkeep and curb‑appeal tasks
• To support maintenance team with minor tasks as needed
• To ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for residents

Required Skills

• Reliable transportation to get between work areas if needed
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
• Strong reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle physical tasks

Preferred Skills

• Previous porter/groundskeeping experience
• Familiarity with apartment community operations
