Job Description

You will support community management by assisting with leasing, resident relations, administrative work, and daily property functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations and resident services
• Assist with leasing, renewals, and application processing
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and files
• Handle rent collection and delinquency follow‑up
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous property management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus
• Professional, reliable, and organized

Job Details

• Location: San Jose, CA 95116
• pay: $26–$28/hr (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• Type: Contract-to-Hire
