Job Responsibilities

• To greet prospective residents and provide community tours
• To manage leasing applications, guest cards, and follow‑ups
• To handle lease renewals and maintain accurate documentation
• To support the office with customer service and resident relations
• To assist with marketing, outreach, and occupancy goals

Required Skills

• Experience as a leasing consultant or similar customer‑facing role
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Ability to handle applications, leasing paperwork, and CRM systems
• Professional, reliable, and able to manage a fast‑paced environment
• LIHTC experience preferred but not required
• Yardi, OneSite, or similar software experience
