Job Description

You’ll take ownership of LIHTC and PHA application processing, recertifications, and core office duties—making a direct impact on the community’s compliance and resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process LIHTC applications and recertifications independently
• Review and verify income documentation for compliance accuracy
• Complete daily office tasks and maintain resident files
• Submit required reports accurately and on time
• Serve residents with strong communication and professionalism

Required Skills

• Strong LIHTC and PHA experience
• Ability to independently process LIHTC files
• Understanding of income limits, rent limits, and compliance rules
• Experience reviewing verification documents and preparing recert packets
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Property management software experience
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in affordable housing auditing
• Prior work at LIHTC or mixed‑finance communities
