Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + Quarterly Bonuses


We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a large, conventional market-rate residential community in New Orleans, LA. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strong operator who excels in team leadership, resident relations, leasing performance, and financial oversight.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all daily property operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management
  • Lead, train, and support on-site teams including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff
  • Drive resident satisfaction, handle escalated issues, and support retention initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, rent collections, delinquency, and expense control
  • Coordinate vendors, capital projects, unit turns, and preventive maintenance
  • Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, pricing strategies, and overall asset performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership and senior leadership reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in conventional market-rate multifamily housing
  • Experience managing large-scale communities required
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, variance reporting, and forecasting
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations independently
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with property management software (MRI, Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or similar)
