Job Description

• To complete LIHTC/HUD certifications and recertifications accurately and on time
• To ensure full compliance with program regulations and file audits
• To handle leasing tours, applications, and resident communication
• To utilize property management software for income verifications and file updates
• To support office operations Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience completing LIHTC and/or HUD certifications/recertifications
• Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance requirements
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, Onesite, etc.)
• Excellent communication and file‑management accuracy
• Ability to work full‑time schedule, contract‑to‑hire role

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in leasing within LIHTC/HUD communities
• Familiarity with income verification, EIV, TICs, and file audit standards
