Make Ready Technician – Florissant, MO 63033 | $20/hr | M–F 8–5 | Contract‑to‑Hire

Join a community that relies on your craftsmanship! BGSF is seeking a Make Ready Technician with their own tools who can quickly and professionally prepare units for new move‑ins. This role may also support snow removal, offering variety and steady work.

Job Description

• To complete full apartment turns, including repairs, cleaning, and preparation
• To perform basic electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry work
• To patch, paint, and repair drywall
• To ensure all units meet move‑in‑ready standards
• To assist with snow removal as needed
• To work full‑time Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Required Skills

• Must have own tools
• Apartment make‑ready or maintenance experience
• Ability to replace fixtures, repair appliances, and complete basic handyman tasks
• Ability to paint, patch drywall, and complete punch lists
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multifamily maintenance
• Knowledge of work‑order or property management systems
• Ability to assist with grounds or snow maintenance
