Schedule: Tues–Fri | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $25–$26/hr DOE

Job Description

• To complete work orders and general repairs
• To assist with make‑ready turns
• To troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• To maintain grounds and common areas
• To ensure safe and efficient property operations

Required Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience
• Own tools required
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to manage and prioritize work orders
• Strong communication and customer service skills
