Job Description

You will troubleshoot, repair, and complete work orders across several properties while supporting daily operations with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities

• To complete work orders across Manchester, Methuen, and Andover
• To troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
• To perform repairs using your own tools
• To maintain high-quality maintenance standards
• To travel reliably between multiple properties

Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal certification required
• Well‑rounded experience in all facets of apartment maintenance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have own tools
• Experience as a floating tech preferred

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• On‑call rotation every 3 weeks
• $24–$25/hr DOE
• Contract‑to‑hire role
