Job Description

• To lead and mentor the on-site maintenance team
• To oversee daily operations, work orders, and preventive maintenance
• To troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• To support capital projects and maintain property standards
• To ensure safety compliance and equipment upkeep

Required Skills

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification
• Experience leading a maintenance team in the apartment industry
• Strong skillsets in:
  • HVAC repair & troubleshooting
  • Electrical systems
  • Plumbing
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry, painting & renovations
  • Preventive maintenance planning
• Must have own tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience training or onboarding techs
• Knowledge of budgeting or vendor coordination
