Make Ready Technician

Paola, KS | M, W, F | 9am–3pm | $20/hr | Contract-to-Hire

Join a busy apartment community where you’ll help prepare units for new residents and support overall property operations. Your work ensures homes are move‑in ready and helps boost occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• To complete unit turns, repairs, and touch‑ups to prepare apartments for move‑in
• To perform interior cleaning, painting, and basic repairs
• To complete punch lists and ensure units meet community standards
• To assist maintenance team with general tasks when needed
• To follow safety procedures and Fair Housing compliance

Required Qualifications

• Previous make‑ready or apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to perform basic repairs, painting, and cleaning tasks
• Own tools required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
