LIHTC Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant – Olathe, KS

Ready to take your property management career to the next level? We’re looking for an experienced LIHTC Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant who knows Tax Credit compliance and can handle recertifications with confidence.

This is a contract-to-hire role with competitive pay based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing operations and resident relations
• Complete LIHTC recertifications accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with Tax Credit regulations
• Assist with financial reporting and audits
• Support property team with daily operations

Pay & Schedule:

• $20–$21/hr (based on experience)
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Contract-to-Hire position

Location: Olathe, KS

Qualifications:

• Leasing experience required
• Must have LIHTC experience and knowledge of Tax Credit compliance
• Ability to complete recertifications independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
