Maintenance Technician – Florence, KY

Job Details:

• Location: Florence, KY (will travel to 1 additional property)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $21/hour
• Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Hiring Through: BGSF – A leading staffing firm in property management

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on apartment homes and common areas
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Complete work orders efficiently and maintain a safe work environment
• Travel between two properties as needed

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and your own tools
• Previous maintenance experience in multifamily or similar setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• HVAC certification a plus (but not required)
