Location: Olathe, KS

Pay: $20/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday | Assignment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly and professionally
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Assist with preventative maintenance as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of general repairs and make-ready processes
• Reliable transportation and basic tools required
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
