Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified)

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay: $21/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance and repairs, including HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with safety and EPA standards
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• MUST have HVAC and EPA Type II or Universal certifications
• Industry experience required
• Reliable transportation and full set of tools (including HVAC repair tools)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
