What You’ll Do

• Prepare and organize bids, proposals, and quotes for new and existing clients.
• Support the sales team with CRM updates, contract prep, and pipeline tracking.
• Communicate with clients to follow up on proposals, gather details, and provide updates.
• Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless project handoffs.
• Maintain an organized library of templates, pricing, and marketing materials.
• Track and report on key sales metrics — proposals submitted, wins, and pipeline activity.
• Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with follow-up action items.
• Collaborate with marketing to post social media updates and assist with campaigns.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a sales support, coordinator, or administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• A proactive attitude and a passion for supporting a collaborative sales environment.
