We are currently seeking a Property Administrator to join a large commercial real estate firm in Plano, TX. This is a contract-to-hire position offering $24.04 per hour

.

In this role, you will support property management operations through administrative and organizational tasks, tenant/vendor coordination, and document management.


Job Duties

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks: answering phones, drafting/distributing correspondence, expense reporting, meeting coordination, and filing/copying.
  • Prepare service contracts and construction agreements with supporting documents; manage paperwork through approval processes.
  • Collaborate with tenants, maintenance staff, and vendors to ensure completion of work orders.
  • Prepare monthly chargebacks and rent statements.
  • Maintain system records for tenant, vendor, and contractor certificates of insurance.
  • Process, organize, and review regional paperwork.
  • Prepare regional reports.
  • Complete any other duties assigned by the Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, or other company leadership.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of progressively responsible office experience in a property management company or similar.
  • Congenial disposition, with strong accounting capabilities, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Competent in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with tenants, vendors, and across the organization.
  • Deadline-driven, able to handle frequent change, and skilled at assessing, prioritizing, and acting swiftly.
  • Highly dedicated and an independent thinker—able to complete projects from start to finish and seek feedback for improvement.
  • Ability to read and understand contracts.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, with an ability to learn new software quickly and operate various office equipment.
