💵 Pay Rate: $26.44/hour

📅 Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Property Administrator to join a commercial real estate team in Plano, TX. This role is essential to supporting the daily operations of a three-building commercial office portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring excellent administrative skills, a basic understanding of accounting, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls; greet tenants and visitors professionally
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Create and assign work orders from phone and email requests
• Maintain tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
• Organize and maintain both electronic and paper files
• Serve as liaison between tenants, vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Support tenant relations and escalate concerns as needed
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs, lease documentation, and signage coordination
• Help prepare annual budgets and assist with variance reporting
• Order and monitor office supplies within budget

Qualifications:

• 2 years of property administrator experience. Experience in commercial real estate (office properties preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of property operations, leasing, and basic safety protocols
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Yardi and/or Angus is a plus
