Commercial Lease Administrator

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience

Location: Dallas N. Tollway / NW Highway


**Must have Commercial MEDICAL Real Estate experience**


Responsibilities:


Lease Administration:

o Manage and track lease agreements, ensuring compliance with lease terms.

o Review and maintain lease documents, amendments, and renewals.

o Coordinate with accounting and property management teams to ensure accurate lease abstracts and proper documentation.

o Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and options, ensuring timely action and coordination.


CAM and Expense Management:

o Administer and manage Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations and billings.

o Calculate, track, and verify CAM expenses across the portfolio.

o Work with tenants and property management to resolve discrepancies related to CAM charges.

o Ensure that CAM and operating expenses are aligned with lease terms.


Tenant Billing and Collections:

o Oversee monthly tenant billing, ensuring accuracy in rent, CAM, taxes, and other charges.

o Maintain accurate records of all tenant accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.

o Assist with the collection of overdue payments and work closely with the accounting department to manage receivables.


Compliance and Reporting:

o Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to lease administration.

o Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports related to lease activity, billing, and CAM charges.

o Provide administrative support for audits, inspections, and other internal/external requests.


Experience Required:

• 3-5 years in lease administration role, preferably in medical office

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience using Yardi.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to others
