Account Manager - Driving Client Success as Part of a Thriving Texas-Based Janitorial Leader

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year + potential for growth and bi-annual performance-based bonuses


Position Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will be a vital link to fulfill expectations ensuring our continued success and client satisfaction. You will take full ownership of assigned client accounts (buildings), acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor to guarantee exceptional service delivery to the property and its tenants.

This crucial role entails building and strengthening deep service partnerships with property management teams, tenants, and our internal teams, overseeing all operational aspects of your accounts, and serving as a key liaison between our valued clients, our dedicated janitorial staff, and our supportive executive management team.


Key Responsibilities

· Champion Client Satisfaction: Take full ownership in managing and overseeing all aspects of your assigned janitorial accounts, proactively ensuring unparalleled client and tenant satisfaction and achieving service excellence.

· Ensure Operational Harmony: Diligently plan, meticulously monitor, and effectively control all account operations, including establishing clear and achievable deadlines, strategically delegating tasks to team leaders, providing effective supervision, and guaranteeing timely and successful project completion.

· Forge Strong and Lasting Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain robust business relationships with property owners, proactive management teams, engaged tenants, and our collaborative internal teams.

· Communicate with Clarity and Purpose: Provide regular, insightful updates and comprehensive reports on account progress and overall performance to both clients and internal stakeholders.

· Orchestrate Seamless Project Execution: Skillfully coordinate both one-time specialized tasks and ongoing long-term projects across multiple accounts, leveraging your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Anticipate and Address Client Needs: Promptly address all client inquiries and proactively resolve any concerns or feedback with a solution-oriented and customer-focused approach, consistently enhancing the overall customer experience.

· Leverage Data for Informed Decisions: Assist with accurate data processing and utilize your analytical skills to interpret client data, enabling you to make informed decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of our services.

· Embrace Technology and Innovation: Be nimble in the world of technology, readily adopting new tools and techniques to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and elevate service delivery.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

· Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a customer service-related industry (preferred) demonstrating a track record of managing client relationships and exceeding expectations.

· An unwavering commitment to providing responsive and exceptional customer service and building strong, long-lasting client rapport is essential.

· Valid Driver's License (required) – Enjoy the added benefit of a company vehicle provided for all work-related travel!

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively, and to actively listen to understand client needs.

· Demonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively navigate and manage diverse client relationships with professionalism and empathy.

· Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on proactive and detail-oriented administrative follow-up ensuring all client needs are addressed effectively and efficiently.

· Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail enabling you to manage multiple accounts and projects seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards of service.

· Analytical skills to interpret client data and translate insights into effective action plans that drive client satisfaction and service improvement.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients concurrently, demonstrating strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

· Advanced negotiation and motivational skills to foster positive client and team interactions and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

· Proven track record of high performance in dynamic and changing environments demonstrating your adaptability, resilience, and commitment to excellence.

· Capability to work effectively under pressure and demanding conditions maintaining a positive, solution-oriented mindset, and unwavering focus on client satisfaction.

Schedule:

· 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

· Flexibility required for after-hours and weekend availability as needed
