Position: Senior Data Analyst / ETL Developer (Tableau Focus)

Location: On-site in Woodlawn, MD (5 days/week)

Clearance: Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust (contract requirement)

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst/ETL Developer with strong Tableau expertise to design, develop, and support BI dashboards and ETL solutions. This role involves translating business requirements into actionable data solutions, participating in Agile teams, and supporting data warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and interactive reports.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into ETL/report specifications.
• Optimize existing PL/SQL, Linux scripts, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and attend regular team and customer meetings.
• Support data migration and performance tuning in an enterprise data warehouse.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, ETL development, and BI.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• On-site availability in Woodlawn, MD required.

Key Skills:

• Advanced Tableau development (v2021.1+), including parameters, calculations, and blending.
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and PostgreSQL scripting skills.
• Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and job automation in Linux.
• Familiarity with enterprise data warehouses and both client-server/mainframe systems.
• Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban).
• Python scripting for data manipulation a plus.
