Position Title: Information Security Analyst (Mainframe / CA Top Secret Support)

Location: On-site, Woodlawn, MD (5 days/week)

Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (contract requirement)

Position Summary:

Provide support for security access requests and maintenance in mainframe environments. Responsibilities include processing access requests, administering Top Secret profiles, mailbox case management, security troubleshooting, and certificate management across production and ESEF environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage security access requests (e.g., Modify Access, TSOID, Integration, ART, etc.)
• Administer and troubleshoot CA Top Secret profiles in production and ESEF
• Monitor and respond to security mailbox requests and access issues
• Analyze security logs and audit reports; recommend solutions
• Provide certificate creation/renewal support for WebSphere
• Develop and maintain security standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Participate in project and onboarding meetings
• Offer help desk and technical support via phone/email

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years, Master’s + 1 year, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with CA Top Secret (min. 1 year)
• Familiarity with mainframe environments and security tools
• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills
• Basic programming and cybersecurity knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NIST standards (800-37, 800-53, etc.)
• Prior support of SSA or federal agencies
• Security+ Certification (preferred)
• Experience with SOP documentation and federal cybersecurity regulations
