BGSF is seeking TWO experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a fast-paced, high-performing community in Absecon, NJ. HVAC certification is strongly preferred, and candidates must have proven appliance repair skills.

Position: Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for hands-on professionals who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain apartment homes and common areas. If you have experience with HVAC systems, appliance repair, and general maintenance, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve apartment service requests
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances
• Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs
• Change light bulbs, repair locks, replace HVAC filters
• Interior/exterior painting and caulking
• Light drywall repair
• Perform pressure washing, leaf blowing, and basic groundskeeping

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC/EPA Certification required
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license preferred
• Strong appliance repair skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to assist with community-wide projects as needed
• Basic hand tools required (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches)
• Power tools are a plus
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• A customer-focused, team-oriented attitude
