Opportunity for Maintenance Technicians – Lockhart, TX

Do you have experience in construction, renovation, or general maintenance? We have the job for you! We're looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of completing service requests, including HVAC repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and complete apartment service requests
• Light plumbing & electrical work
• Install and repair appliances
• Change/repair light bulbs, locks
• Interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Perform pressure washing, groundskeeping, and leaf blowing

Requirements:

• EPA Certification REQUIRED
• CPO License Preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with community projects
• Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools a PLUS!
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Friendly, customer-service oriented attitude
