Seasonal Amenity Attendant (May–September | $16–$17/hr)

This is a seasonal, temporary position from May through September, reporting directly to the Property Manager.

As an Amenity Attendant, you’ll help ensure residents enjoy a seamless experience accessing the community’s amenities.

Job Duties:

• Greet and check in residents using amenity passes issued by the community
• Monitor amenity usage and ensure residents have proper access
• Light cleaning of amenity areas (e.g., wiping down tables or equipment)
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented presence
• Other duties as requested by the client and reviewed by BGSF

Note: This is not a lifeguard or pool attendant role.

Job Requirements:

• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Friendly, team-oriented, and responsive to direction
• Customer service mindset

Pay Range: $16–$17/hr depending on location and experience
