Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician ready to put your expertise to work in the fast-paced world of Property Management?

BGSF, one of the largest staffing firms in the nation, is looking for a Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair and property or building maintenance. If you’ve worked with dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, and washers/dryers—we want to talk to you!

What You Bring:

• Proven experience servicing and repairing all major appliances
• Solid understanding of multi-family housing maintenance
• Background in property or building maintenance
• Skilled in light plumbing and electrical
• Ability to handle interior/exterior painting, drywall repair, groundskeeping, and more

What We Offer:

• $20–$21/hr, depending on experience and location
